I came to love food and fitness during my journey to lose 40 pounds during my mid-20s. I had so much frustration along the way and only saw lasting success when I shifted my focus towards healthy habits, rather than shiny new fad diets.
My life is much more hectic now as a mom of 3, a registered dietitian, a CrossFit level 1 trainer, and a certified coach for The Brand X Method. If you hang with me a bit, you’ll see that chaos often wins out over perfection, and I’m okay with that! I believe consistency is much more impactful than perfection, anyway.
These days, I aim to spread the word about the power of healthy habits and to make healthier living more manageable for busy parents like myself. I mostly do this through writing, speaking engagements, and media work.
