Hey there! I'm Kim. I'm a wife and a mom of three little ones, ages 9 and under, as well as two dogs and two cats. I am also a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, a freelance writer, a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and a Brand X Method coach. I currently see clients at McDaniel Nutrition Therapy in Clayton, MO, where I specialize in sports nutrition, family nutrition, and weight management. I coach CrossFit at CrossFit 26 in Brentwood. 

I haven't always been the healthiest person, but I discovered fitness and healthy eating in the process of losing 40 pounds after grad school, and I've never turned back. I love using the knowledge I've gained through my studies to help people live their healthiest lives. 

In my abundant spare time (ha!) I enjoy cooking, reading, being outdoors, lifting weights, rock climbing, crossword puzzles, shopping, gardening, and running. I've done a Tough Mudder, a Spartan Super, a handful of 5Ks/10Ks/half marathons, and a Warrior Dash, and a few 25K trail races. I am also a St. Louis Cardinals superfan.
